The list is translated as ’20 squats, 20 push-ups, 20 jump-squats, 20 shoulder exercises, 10 plank shoulder blades, 20 mountain climber, 15 burpee, 20 crunches, 20 leg raise, and 20 superman exercises.’

BTS Jungkook abs are like Jungkook’s love for ARMYs
During a BBQ party with Nippon TV, BTS played a keyword game where they had to send a love message to ARMYs using the word given to them. On this occasion, the word for Jungkook was “abs”.
In a cheesy way, Jungkook mentioned that his abs as the center of his love for ARMYs. It made other members burst out laughing and said that Jungkook can’t lose his abs, or else he will lose his love for ARMYs too. In response to that, Jungkook promised that his abs are there to stay, like his love for ARMYs will remain forever.
7 steps to get abs like BTS Jungkook
1. Do more cardio
Cardio is an exercise that increases your heart rate. By doing cardio routinely, you can burn extra fat. Cardio is also effective in reducing belly fat, which will speed your way to set your BTS Jungkook abs. Try to do 20-40 minutes of moderate cardio exercise per day.
2. Exercise abdominal muscles
When you want to get BTS Jungkook abs, you must do exercise on your abs. It is the key to increase muscle mass and achieve your own well-defined abs. Crunches, bridges, and planks are some most popular abs exercises to strengthen and shape your abs.
3. Try High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

5. Cut back on refined carbs and fill up on fiber
Refined carbs can lead to high blood sugar levels, which then makes you craving for more foods. It will mess up your plan to have BTS Jungkook abs. Instead of eating refined carbs, you better take high-fiber foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and seeds. Moreover, high-fiber foods make you feel full longer than refined carbs.
