On September 28, Apink IST Entertainment agency announced through the group’s fan cafe that they had to reschedule the upcoming Chorong and Bomi CHOBOM fan meeting in Thailand. And they had to do it due to the artist’s health reasons.

According to the announcement, the postponement of Apink CHOBOM fan meeting was because Chorong car accident injury.

“We’d like to inform that the “2022 Apink CHOBOM Fan Meeting ‘Framily’ in Bangkok” scheduled this Saturday (October 1) has been postponed.”

What REALLY Happened in the Car Accident?

Apink IST Entertainment agency further revealed that last week, Apink Chorong was involved in a minor car injury. She was on her way home from her practice when a car hit hers from behind due to the driver’s inexperience.

Due to the car accident, Apink Chorong reported pain around her cervical spine. However, since she had a strong determination to continue her schedule, she decided to continue with the Apink CHOBOM fan meeting schedule in Japan.

“On September 21 around 10 PM, after a rehearsal session for her fan meeting in the agency’s practice room, Apink member Park Chorong was on the way home when she got into a minor car accident. And it happened due to an inexperienced driving of the car behind her.
After the accident, Park Chorong reported of pain around her cervical spine.
Following the car accident, Apink CHOBOM’s Japan fan meeting was held due to Chorong’s strong determination to go on with the performance. Then, after returning to Korea, she went to the hospital for treatment and got plenty of rest and stability.”
