2023 is such a devastating year for AROHA. After having to accept that Rocky had previously left the group, AROHA had to deal with the fact that they had now lost ASTRO beautiful vocalist Moonbin forever.
Yonhap News exclusive report on April 20 revealed that ASTRO brilliant vocalist and charismatic dancer Moonbin had passed away.
The devastating news first came from an official police report on April 19 at around 8.10 PM KST. At the time, Seoul Gangnam Police confirmed what happened to ASTRO Moonbin: that he had passed away, along with his cause of death.
So, what happened to ASTRO Moonbin, really?
According to the report, it was his manager who first found ASTRO Moonbin. The manager went to the home where he had resided and immediately reported to the police once they found out that ASTRO Moonbin had passed away.
Furthermore, while there are no exact details announced yet, Seoul Gangnam police stated that ASTRO Moonbin cause of death was highly likely due to suicide.
Still, the public is still waiting for the police’s further investigation into the reason why ASTRO Moonbin passed away, as well as his exact cause of death.
“It appears that Moonbin has taken his own life.

But we’re still discussing the possibility of conducting an autopsy to determine ASTRO Moonbin precise cause of death at the moment.”
Meanwhile, ASTRO agency Fantagio simply confirmed that ASTRO Moonbin had passed away without mentioning any details of his cause of death. The agency also asked the public to let the family grieve peacefully by refraining from any speculative or malicious reports.
