On May 24, the agency of K-pop group ASTRO, fantagio, revealed that Cha Eun Woo will introduce Korean culture and tourism destinations to the world as the honorary ambassador for Visit Korea Year 2023-2024.

The Korea Tourism Organization (KTO), supported by the Visit Korea Committee and the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, has launched the Visit Korea Year 2023-2024 promotion campaign. The campaign aims to intertwine Korean culture and tourism to foster recovery in the tourism industry and revitalize the economy.
The appointment ceremony took place on May 23, 2023, at the HiKR Ground of the KTO Office in Seoul, along with the K-tourism Cooperative Group launch.

ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo, a brilliant young man with exceptional talents across various fields, is a fitting ambassador for Visit Korea Year 2023-2024.
