Milan is known for the heat in July, but nothing could have prepared me for the heart-melting temperature set by ONE PACT and their beloved “&Hearts” (that is the name of the fandom). The scorching sun was one thing—what really made the city boil over was the electric bond between fans and artists that filled every corner of Magazzini Generali. This legendary Milanese venue hosted the final stop of ONE PACT New Horizon European tour.
New Horizon, Eternal Heart: ONE PACT in Milan
Flying from London was its own little adventure. A major outage at Malpensa Airport had flights rerouted and chaos in the air, but no delay was going to stop me from making it in time for ONE PACT’s final stop of their tour.
The moment I walked into Magazzini Generali, the venue was already echoing with chants, flags, and fans ready to give everything. And the boys—JONGWOO, JAY, SEONGMIN, TAG, and YEDAM—gave it all back.
Powered by ANKR Entertainment and their agency Armada Entertainment, the New Horizon tour delivered the kind of fan experience most “&Hearts” only dreamed about.
The Milan stop, however, felt personal. A little more emotional. A little more magical.

The Power of ‘Deserve’
A particularly emotional highlight occurred during the performance of their song “Deserve.”
“There’s this one part—call my name—and we don’t even sing it anymore. The crowd just screams it. It’s this moment where we really feel, ‘Okay, they’re here for us. They know us. They feel it.'”
ONE PACT JAY.
Backstage and Tour Life
Before their performance, I sat down with ONE PACT to reflect on the tour and to ask the questions their fans had been dying to know. Across Europe and even overseas, fans were curious: what’s life like on tour? Who’s the most organized? Do they have any rituals before hitting the stage?
“Feet stomping? That was new.”
“Every city was loud, honestly,” JAY told me with a grin, “but in Paris, for the first time, the fans banged their feet on the ground. We were shocked. It was crazy—but in the best way.”
The members smiled, nodding. “That energy… it hit different,” added JONGWOO.

The conversation naturally drifted to lighter topics: backstage habits and travel chaos.
When asked if they had any rituals before going on stage, TAG revealed his not-so-secret pre-show must-have: banana milk.
“That’s my go-to. I have to have it.”
Do they huddle? Absolutely. “Before every performance, we always come together, say ‘fighting,’ and feel that connection,” said SEONGMIN.
As for suitcase chaos? Surprisingly, not much.
“We filmed videos for our fans showing how we prepare for tour. Everyone thought YEDAM would be the most organized, but TAG’s bag was on another level. YEDAM starts tidy but… well, it doesn’t stay that way,”
ONE PACT JONGWOO.
“But in between all the schedules,” JAY mentioned, “we make a lot of music too. That’s how we spend our downtime.”
From wooden clocks too expensive to purchase, to regional snacks, the members made it a point to carry pieces of each city with them. JONGWOO, smiling, said he collected at least one snack or item from every stop. “They’re all in my bag now. I’ll bring them back to Korea.”
One Pact x One Flag: a gift from Onepact Italia

There was a surprise in store that night—delivered with care (and a bit of pressure) by yours truly. On behalf of Onepact Italia, I handed the boys an Italian flag signed by hundreds of their local fans, along with banners filled with love. The group later brought that flag and those banners on stage for the group photo session, waving it proudly like a medal of honor. That moment? It exploded in tears, screams, and the unshakable feeling of something unforgettable.
Fans weren’t just spectators. They were part of the show. The high-touch moments—waving, heart gestures, eye contact, smiles, playful exchanges—left many speechless. Whether your bias was JONGWOO, JAY, SEONGMIN, TAG, or YEDAM, you felt seen. You felt remembered. You felt loved.
Nadia, a devoted Italian fan who has supported ONE PACT since debut, told me with glassy eyes:
“Never in my life did I think I’d see them in Italy. It’s overwhelming. They made us feel like we mattered.”
Nadia.
The group didn’t just perform—they connected. They read fan signs. They spoke a few words in Italian. They gave out “baci” (kisses) from the stage. They smiled and lingered before saying goodbye. And just when we thought we had seen it all, the crowd serenaded them with “Sei bellissimo,” a line from the beloved Italian rocker Gianna Nannini. It means “You are handsome,” but it also meant “You are ours.”
One fan, still holding her signed banner, summed it up:
“Tonight made me realize I’ve chosen the right band to love. They are real. They are kind. And they gave us everything.”
A Love That Travels Both Ways

ONE PACT’s New Horizon tour may have ended in Milan, but for fans, it was just the beginning. From the stage to the sidewalk, from DMs to real-life tears, I saw love pouring in both directions.
The boys gave everything.
The fans returned it tenfold.
“We couldn’t go everywhere this time. But next time, we will. We saw you. We heard you. And we’ll come to you.”
ONE PACT JONGWOO.
And as I walked out into the Milan night—warm, loud, and glowing with post-concert joy—I thought about what I’d just witnessed.
It wasn’t just a show.
It was a promise.
A shared memory.
A dream come true for those on the stage—and those in front of it.
Italy and Europe won’t forget.
We’ll be waiting—with flags, with signs, and with hearts wide open—for the next chapter.
Grazie, One Pact. Grazie, &Hearts.
