On September 12, various media reported that “LALISA” MV by BLACKPINK Lisa had reached over 100 million views on YouTube platforms in only 49 hours and 5 minutes since its release. While there is no official statement from YouTube yet, this achievement sets a new record for music videos by any solo artist in the world.

At exactly 24 hours after its release on September 10 at 1 PM, KST, “LALISA” MV, has reached a total of 70,368,743 views on YouTube. This number breaks the previous record of 65.2 million by “ME!” of Taylor Swift in 2019.
