BTS Wins Big and Takes Home Three Major Awards

On December 7, the People’s Choice Awards 2021 was held in Santa Monica, Los Angeles. The awards are dedicated to people who work in the entertainment industry by using a voting system by the general public and fans.

Last year, BTS won four awards at People’s Choice Awards 2020 for “Song of the Year,” “Group of the Year,” “Music Video of the Year,” and “Album of the Year.”

This year, BTS wins big as they sweep all their nominated categories and take home three awards. In addition, they won over famous singers and groups such as Adele, Justin Bieber, Cardi B, Coldplay, Maroon 5, and more in the nominated categories.

The global star from South Korea took home three awards for:

After taking home the “Breakthrough Series” award at the Gotham Awards, Netflix original Korean drama series “Squid Game,” won “The Bingeworthy Show of 2021” at the 2021 People’s Choice Awards.
