The track features punchy beats putting Jimin the commanding centerpiece in an elaborate choreography routine. The track includes collaborative credits from producers Pdogg, GHSTLOOP, EVAN, and BTS leader RM.

Although the track entitled Set Me Free Pt.2, it is not really part 2 of something. Fans notice no Set Me Free track in Jimin’s previous releases.

4. Set Me Free Part 2 is a nod to Suga’s D-2

Jimin confirms that Set Me Free Pt.2 is a nod to a track on Suga’s second mixtape, D-2.
