BTS Jungkook secured the first position, followed by BTS Jungkook, BTS Jimin, ASTRO Cha Eun Woo, Wanna One Kang Daniel, and BTS V, marking them the most popular Kpop male idols this month. October 2023 Top Individual Kpop Boy Group Member Brand Reputation Rankings
The Korean Business Research Institute has released the brand reputation rankings for individual Kpop boy group members. These rankings were determined by analyzing consumer participation, media coverage, communication, and community awareness indexes. The analysis included a total of 716 members from boy groups.
The institute collected over 75 million brand data for these individuals from September 14 to October 14. When comparing this data to last September‘s, there was an 11.78% decrease in brand data for boy groups.
As a result, BTS Jungkook, BTS Jimin, ASTRO Cha Eun Woo, Wanna One Kang Daniel, and BTS V dominate the top 5 most popular individual Kpop male idol rankings for October 2023.

1. BTS Jungkook

Jungkook, the talented member of BTS, continued his remarkable success by claiming the top spot for the fourth consecutive month on Kpop male group member rankings this October. His brand reputation index surged by an impressive 27.06%, soaring from 4,322,719 in September to an impressive 5,492,306 in October.
The release of his new single “3D” played a significant role in this achievement, as keywords like “3D,” “Seven,” and “ARMY” were highly associated with his name. This release also generated buzz through related terms such as “record,” “enter,” and “release.” Furthermore, Jungkook received an outstanding positive reaction score of 89.08%, further solidifying his status as a beloved and influential artist.
2. BTS Jimin

Jimin, who celebrated his 28th birthday on October 13, achieved an impressive brand reputation index of 4,572,219 this month. This marks a significant increase of 45.61% compared to last September’s brand reputation index of 3,140,089.

Cha Eun Woo from ASTRO, who starred in the new Kdrama “A Good Day to Be a Dog,” earned a brand reputation index of 4,488,627. Compared to last September’s brand reputation index of 2,762,739, it rose by 62.47%.

Kang Daniel, who hosted “Street Woman Fighter 2,” garnered a brand reputation index of 3,058,921 this month. It decreased by 11.10% compared to the brand reputation index of 3,440,712 in September.
5. BTS V

V from BTS achieved a brand reputation index of 2,363,656 this month. It marked a significant decrease of 44.36% compared to the brand reputation index of 4,247,789 in September.
However, despite the decline, the singer made history in the Kpop industry by selling 1.67 million copies of his first solo album, “Layover,” on its release day. Additionally, within just two weeks, the album has already surpassed two million sales and has charted as one of the bestselling solo albums of all time in Korea.
