With the start of the new year, former FIFTY FIFTY members Saena, Sio, and Aran seem to be looking for new agency and new opportunities to return to the music industry. But after all the unexpected moves the three had been making with their scandal last year, do these girls deserve the chance? And will the Kpop industry be willing to welcome their return? Find out more in the following report.
Saena, Sio, and Aran are in Search of a New Agency
The music world is buzzing with the latest news about three former members of the popular group FIFTY FIFTY. Saena, Sio, and Aran, who once graced the stages as part of the renowned group, are now in the spotlight for a different reason: a quest to search for a new agency.
However, this development raises a significant question: do these talented artists truly deserve another chance in the industry?
A few days ago, fans of the former FIFTY FIFTY members Saena, Sio, and Aran took to social media to reveal a key update. They stated that they had contacted the members’ legal team with the hope of assisting with their legal issues. Responding to this message, the legal representatives provided new updates regarding the three members.
According to the legal representatives, the three members are now actively practicing and taking steps to restore their health. Their primary goal? To find a new agency that can support their artistic journey.
“With the recent development in the lawsuit, we successfully ended the exclusive contract as both sides agreed. It means the artists are not under ATTRAKT’s management anymore, so right now, fans don’t have to worry about giving any legal help.
But Saena, Sio, and Aran are keeping up with their practice and working on getting better health-wise. They are now searching for a new agency.”

New Year, New Ambition
Along with their search for a new agency, the legal representatives also revealed the new goals and ambitions of these former FIFTY FIFTY members. In their new endeavor, the girls aim to return in the music industry, resume their pursuit of a music career, and plan on becoming artists who spread positivity.
“Saena, Sio, and Aran aim to continue their musical pursuits and aspire to be artists who can spread positivity.
Their journey might seem slow, but they’re doing their best to return to the stage. They need your trust and support more than ever.”

Do These Former FIFTY FIFTY Members Deserve New Opportunities?
Still, after the recent commotion of the former FIFTY FIFTY members suing their own agency, do Saena, Sio, and Aran truly deserve another opportunity?
The group had previously challenged their management agency, ATTRAKT, seeking to suspend their exclusive contract due to issues like unclear financial dealings and concerns over member welfare. The court initially dismissed this injunction in August, prompting the members to file an appeal.
Then, in an intriguing twist, one member, Keena, withdrew from the appeal and returned to ATTRAKT. She even revealed that producer Ahn Sung Il of The Givers, a company associated with FIFTY FIFTY, was a key figure in the controversy.
Saena, Sio, and Aran, however, have refuted this, maintaining that their dispute revolves around financial and contractual disagreements with ATTRAKT. It then resulted in more lawsuits from ATTRAKT, suing them for contract breach.
“We’ve filed a lawsuit against Saena, Sio, and Aran for breach of contract. This also extends to The Givers, Ahn Sung Il, Baek Jin Sil, and even the members’ parents for their alleged joint illegal activities.”

With the recent development of the case, the public is skeptical whether former FIFTY FIFTY members Saena, Sio, and Aran would find a new agency. Since what they did in the previous controversy was allegedly unethical, the public wonders if they will possibly do it again if the new agency cannot fulfill their demands.
Still, what are your thoughts on this new development? Do you think these girls deserve another opportunity after the recent controversy? Please share your thoughts in the comments.
