4 Interesting Notes about “Again My Life” New Drama
1. DOUBLE Adaptations from Lee Hae Nal’s Project
When you first heard about this confirmed new drama of Lee Joon Gi, you might have heard that this drama is an adaptation from a webtoon. However, others also mentioned that “Again My Life” was adapted from a web novel. So, which one is correct?
The answer is both.
That is because Lee Hae Nal’s “Again My Life” project has undergone double adaptations. It means that this project first started as a Kakao web novel, from May 13, 2016, to November 10, 2017.
Then, because it received a positive response and many people loved the story, “Again My Life” was adapted to a Webtoon and Manhwa in 2019 with the same title. The plot and story remained the same as the one Lee Hae Nal has written. They just added webtoon visual to make the story more vivid, using the magic hands of Seong Yong Min manga artist.
And today, “Again My Life” has been adapted once again into a promising drama.
2. Wonderful Plot and Story
So, why did so many people become interested in the “Again My Life” story that it received double adaptation? It’s because of the perfect mixture of life, action, law, criminal, and fantasy genres, all blended in a story with rich emotions.
“Again My Life” portrays the story of a prosecutor named Kim Hee Woo. He’s hot-blooded and extremely hardworking, and he was on a crucial investigation of chasing a tyrant corrupt politician, Jo Tae Seob. One day, in the middle of his investigation, Kim Hee Woo gets murdered by an unidentified man. His body then gets thrown into the ocean, and he dies an unfair death.
