On August 10, Star News exclusively reported that Kim Hyang Gi has received an offer to lead in the upcoming Netflix original Korean drama series, “Cashero.”
Known for her role in “Poong, the Joseon Psychiatrist,” the talented actress is potentially pairing with 2PM’s Lee Junho. In July, Lee Junho received an offer to lead the series and is reviewing the offer positively.
Netflix Webtoon-based Series “Cashero”
The upcoming fantasy drama series “Cashero” is adapted from the webtoon of the same name by Lee Hoon and illustrated by No Hye Ok. The story revolves around the life of an ordinary superhero named Kang Sang Woong, whose strength is determined by the amount of cash he has.
Lee Junho has been offered the role of Kang Sang Woong, but there is no information available about Kim Hyang Gi’s potential role in the project.
Kim Hyang Gi’s Upcoming Dramas and Movies
Kim Hyang Gi began her acting journey in 2006. Over the years, she has captivated audiences with her performances in popular Korean dramas.
