Park Ji Hoon and Hong Ye Ji in Talks for New Webtoon Drama, FANTASY SONATA
Actor Park Ji Hoon’s schedule is packed and fully booked this year! After previously being in talks for a thriller project, Bastard, the actor will be starring in another new drama with rookie actress Hong Ye Ji.
JTBC and Hankyung Korean media reported a few days ago that actors Park Ji Hoon and Hong Ye Ji would soon unite for a new webtoon drama, Fantasy Sonata.
Park Ji Hoon agency Maroo Entertainment confirmed on March 3 that the Fantasy Sonata webtoon drama is under final review. The actor is currently coordinating his schedule with the production team.
At the same time, the production team has reportedly selected actress Hong Ye Ji to be Park Ji Hoon’s wife in the new drama.

A Marriage Between Dual-Personality King and A Woman in Revenge
Fantasy Sonata drama is a dual adaptation of a project with the same title by author Vanziun (Ban Ji Woon). It originally started as a web series. And due to its massive popularity, Naver brought the series up as a webtoon.
If the story follows the original project, you will find Park Ji Hoon and Hong Ye Ji entangled in a complicated marriage.
Set in a historical period, Fantasy Sonata webtoon drama tells the story of Yeon Wol, the only survivor of the Yeon clan, who collapsed during the mission of assassinating the King as revenge for marking her family as traitors and wiping out her entire clan.
Yeon Wol secretly infiltrated the palace as a court lady, aiming for the King’s neck. However, she fell into the King’s trap and collapsed due to a strong scent. She woke up the next day only to lose all her memories and unexpectedly receive the King’s order to become his concubine, Eun Hyo Bi.
