Park Ji Hu and Lee Seung Hyub to Headline the New K-drama “Spring of the Four Seasons”
According to recent exclusive news from Hankook Ilbo, Park Ji Hu has been cast as the female lead alongside Lee Seun Hyun in the new Korean drama “Spring of the Four Seasons” for SBS.
Director Kim Sung Yong will helm the new musical romance K-drama following his last hit, “My Dearest.” Starring top actors Namkoong Min and Ahn Eun Jin, the historical romance K-drama captivated audiences. The series also won the Drama of the Year award at the 2023 MBC Drama Awards.
In addition, the new SBS Korean drama “Spring of the Four Seasons” is scheduled for release in 2025.
“Spring of the Four Seasons” Storyline
The new Korean drama “Spring of the Four Seasons” follows four college students as they navigate the challenges of college life. Together, they form a four-member mixed band called ‘Four Seasons.’ Throughout their turbulent college experience, they grow through passionate love and music.
Roles of Lee Seung Hyub and Park Ji Hu
Lee Seung Hyub plays the male lead, Tae Yang, a first-year college student with musical talent. He is known for his charismatic character but struggles to express his true feelings. Although he looks cold on the outside, he is a warm person on the inside. Moreover, he formed a mixed band with his true musical talent and became its leader.
This year, idol actor Lee Seung Hyub is starring in two hit K-dramas, “Lovely Runner” and “Love Next Door.” He is nominated for the Rookie Actor Award at the 2024 APAN Star Award for his outstanding portrayal in both dramas.
