After a long waiting, BLINKs are super excited for Rosé’s solo debut album release. Her debut album -R- is set for release on March 12, and the physical album release on March 16.
Rosé ‘On The Ground’ MV Teaser
March 8 KST, YG Entertainment finally dropped Rosé’s debut solo single. Rosé is dressed elegantly in a gown and fur coat while sitting at the back of a limousine. The singer then takes off her fur coat and puts on a more relaxed black outfit.
On March 9 KST, the second MV teaser is released.
‘-R-‘ Breaking Records Before Its Release
As a long-awaited album, Rosé’s solo debut album -R- has started breaking records even before its release. The album has surpassed 200,000 preorders on the Kpop retail site Ktown4u.
The previous record-holder, IU, sold 118,000 preorders. Rosé is one of Kpop solo artists in history to have an album preorder track so high, joining Baekhyun and Kang Daniel.

Rosé Comeback Live
On March 9, YG revealed that there will be Rosé Comeback Live. BLINKs can enjoy the Live on VLive, on March 11 at 11pm EST or March 12 at 1 pm KST.
