Member Kim Denise Personally Announced Leaving SECRET NUMBER via Social Media
Following her months of hiatus, SECRET NUMBER member Kim Denise finally gave her fans an update, even though it’s not something we have ever hoped for. Unfortunately, Kim Denise is leaving her group.
On February 5 KST, Kim Denise posted on her personal Twitter account, officially announcing that she’s leaving SECRET NUMBER. She stated that her contract with Vine Entertainment has expired on February 1. Therefore, it was the last time Kim Denise would be making a statement as a member of SECRET NUMBER.
“Hello, this is Denise.
I regret to inform you that as of February 1, 2022, my contract with Vine Entertainment has concluded.
Although this is my final statement as a part of Secret Number, I wish nothing but the best for my members and ask that you continue to support them as well.”

Denise Apologized for The Sudden Update and Thanked Her Fans
Furthermore, Kim Denise also apologized for the sudden update in her personal statement. She knew that many fans had been waiting for her news, but then she had to announce her leaving the group. Also, Denise felt grateful for the fans and the opportunity to debut with SECRET NUMBER. And she was blessed to have promoted with incredible women whom she considered sisters.

Previously in September 2021, Vine Entertainment announced that Kim Denise would not be able to join the group’s promotion. That was because Denise was still under adjustment about her exclusive contract with the company at the time.

Due to this announcement, fans started speculating what really happened to Denise Kim. One of the strongest speculations circulating on the forums and social media was when Denise posted her support for the BLM movement.
