Confession Synopsis
Yoo Min-ho (So Ji Sub), the head of a promising IT company becomes the sole suspect in a closed-door murder case of his girlfriend, Kim Se-hee (Nana). It is the job of Min-ho’s defense attorney, Yang Shin-ae (Kim Yun Jin), to prove him innocent.
The central axis of the thriller story is the conversation between Yoo Min-ho who claims himself to be innocent, and attorney Yang, who reconstructs the details of the case based on his testimony. A sharp tension arises between Yoo Min-ho, who tells of the events that led him to the scene of the crime in a hotel room, and Attorney Yang, who continues to find holes in his story.
Unfortunately, all the evidence points to Yoo Min-ho as the culprit. He tries to gain control of the situation by manipulating even Yang Shin-ae, a lawyer with a 100% acquittal rate and an unblemished record. In this case, Attorney Yang, who has the skill to even transform guilt into innocence, makes use of Yoo Min-ho’s psychology to create a perfect scenario that will prove his innocence.
