Stray Kids will once again take a further step into the international audience, for the Korean Ministry has appointed them to become the ambassador and perform for the Expo 2020 Dubai Korea Pavilion.
Stray Kids Will Perform at the Expo 2020 Dubai Korea Pavilion
Good news came from the Kpop boy group, Stray Kids, for they’re to perform in front of an international audience at the Expo 2020 Dubai Korea Pavilion.

According to the Dubai media report on July 10 local time, the Consul-General of the Republic of Korea, Moon Byung Jun, announced that they would allure the visitors with the best Kpop bands and technological innovations.

Furthermore, the Consul General also mentioned that they would conduct weekly performances from some famous Kpop bands, including Stray Kids.
“We are bringing popular K-Pop stars to Dubai, and there will be weekly performances. Some of the bands, like Stray Kids, have millions of followers in the region, and they will perform at the Expo.”Moon Byung Jun, the Consul General of the Republic of Korea in Dubai.
Stray Kids Previously Appointed as Ambassador
Previously, the Korean Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy had appointed Stray Kids as the official ambassador for the Expo 2020 Dubai Korea Pavilion.
On June 23, the Korean Ministry had announced that they had delivered a letter of appointment for Stray Kids. Their official duty as the ambassador is to promote Korean culture to the visitors of the Korean Pavilion at home and abroad.

After the official appointment as the ambassador, Stray Kids held a press conference on the same day.

The Expo 2020 Dubai Korea Pavilion was supposed to be conducted in 2020. However, postponing the event was inevitable due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the committee had to reschedule the event.
And finally, people can enjoy the 2020 Dubai Korea Pavilion Expo for six months from October 1, 2021, to March 31, 2022. Moreover, the event will raise a theme: “Connecting Minds, Creating the Future” with 192 participating countries.

On top of everything, the Korean Pavilion will be the fifth-biggest pavilion at the Expo. They will be showcasing various Korean technologies with the theme “Smart Korea, Moving the World to You.”
