Lim Young Woong Leads Korean Singer Brand Reputation Rankings in March 2023

For the March list, the Korean Business Institute has analyzed 121,696,380 singer brand big data from February 25 to March 25, 2023. However, compared to 132,547,215 Korean singer brand big data in February, it decreased by 8.19 percent.

Accordingly, Korean trot singer Lim Young Woong claimed the number one spot, followed by NewJeans, BTS, BLACKPINK, and TWICE in the top five.

Through the movie “I’m Hero the Final,” Lim Young Woong’s brand popularity rose to #1. Previously, the singer stayed in the second position for two consecutive months in January and February. The trot singer topped the list with a brand value of 8,679,144, marking an increase of 5.12 percent since last month.

Next, the rookie girl group NewJeans, down to the second place. This month, the girl group that creates a fan culture based on hip music earned a brand value of 8,331,811.

Kpop boy group BTS, who has set new records for the members’ activities, held on to the third place. BTS’ brand value scored 7,940,535, marking an increase of 37.17 percent since last month.

Meanwhile, Kpop girl group BLACKPINK, who has achieved outstanding performance in global activities, rose to fourth place. The girl group’s brand value rose 33.54 percent to 6,620,229

Completed the top five, Kpop girl group TWICE, who achieved a new record on the Billboard chart, came in fifth place. TWICE’s brand value scored 4,213,991, marking an increase of 240.26 percent since last month.
