The Korean Business Research Institute reveals its latest brand reputation rankings for Korean actors, with Choo Young Woo topping the list. July 2025 TOP 100 Korean Actor Brand Reputation Rankings
The Korean Business Research Institute analyzed an impressive 145,034,155 pieces of data collected between June 22 and July 22, 2025, from 100 actors across dramas, films, and OTT platforms. Despite the overall actor-related big data falling by 10.52% compared to last month, the star power of Choo Young Woo, Lee Jung Jae, Lee Byung Hun, Park Bo Gum, and Jo Yu Ri still shines brightly as they claimed the top five spots.

1. Choo Young Woo
Choo Young Woo leaped to the top this month with an index score of 7,694,868. And it’s no surprise. Viewers can’t get enough of his performances this year in four different series and genres such as “The Tale of Lady Ok,” “The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call,” “Mercy for None,” and “Head Over Heels.”
His recent leading role in the tvN drama “Head Over Heels” has sparked genuine excitement among fans. The actor’s emotional resonance with audiences is clear. His high participation and community scores reflect a vibrant fanbase actively engaging with his content online.
This kind of connection in Korean dramas speaks volumes, and that is what makes Choo the undisputed king of July and crowned as Best New Actor at the 2025 Blue Dragon Series Awards for his outstanding performance in “The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call.”
2. Lee Jung Jae
