After two years, Idol Star Athletics Championship (ISAC) is returning this year. MBC updates the details, including MCs and categories for the long-awaited large-scale program, ISAC 2022.

ISAC 2022 Main MCs
On July 19, MBS officially announced that Jun Hyun Moo, FTISLAND Lee Hong Ki, and TWICE Dahyun would be the main MCs for ISAC 2022.
Jun Hyun Moo first hosted ISAC in 2013. Meanwhile, Lee Hong Ki previously hosted the eSports category. In 2019, TWICE Dahyun joined as one of the main hosts of ISAC and will be returning this year.
In addition to the main MCs, athletes who are legends will join as commentators and members of the judging committee in the categories related to their respective fields.
ISAC Event Categories
Along with announcing this year’s main MCs, MBC revealed that there would be five main event categories. The ISAC 2022 main categories include track-and-field (short distance and relay), archery, dance sports, futsal, and eSports.
Dance sports is a new category in ISAC 2022 that will fascinate the viewers. Aiki and former dance sports athlete Park Ji Eun will join main MC Lee Hong Ki to host this new category.
When will ISAC 2022 be aired?
Previously, MBC has confirmed that they will film the eagerly-awaited program on July 30 and August 1. Consequently, we can watch the hilarious and exciting moments of ISAC 2022 during the Chuseok holidays.
