This news emerged after a real estate brokerage’s deputy manager confirmed that Kim Ji Won had previously signed the contract in June 2021.
The building consists of 1 basement floor, 5 floors above ground, with a prime location. The surrounding area is full with rentals and real estate with high quality and high demand.
However, what’s unexpected is that Kim Ji Won purchased the building under the name of “Jiwon Entertainment Co, Ltd.”
