July 2024 Top Kpop Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings
The Korean Business Research Institute analyzed 60,356,202 pieces of brand big data from June 14 to July 14, 2024, to determine the brand reputation index for girl groups based on participation, media, communication, and community indices. This figure marked a 19.38% increase compared to the 50,557,556 pieces of data analyzed in June. The recent brand popularity rankings for K-pop female groups placed aespa, IVE, TWICE, LE SSERAFIM, and (G)I-DLE at the forefront. Explore the 30 most popular K-pop female groups in May, June, and July 2024.

1. aespa
SM Entertainment’s Kpop female group, aespa, who recently made a comeback with “SUPERNOVA,” secured the top spot in July’s Kpop female group rankings. Their brand reputation index surged by 14.41%, rising from 5,409,956 in June to 6,189,495, with the following breakdown:
- Participation Index: 198,016
- Media Index: 604,240
- Communication Index: 2,391,460
- Community Index: 2,995,778
Furthermore, in link analysis, the institute identified “addictive,” “sing along,” and “record” as their top-related terms. Additionally, the terms “SUPERNOVA,” “MY,” and “concert” were the most popular keywords associated with the group. The group also garnered 91.38% positive reactions.
2. IVE
Kpop girl group IVE attained a brand reputation index of 4,533,636. This number marks a 21.67% decrease compared to the brand reputation index of 5,787,831 in June, with the following breakdown:

- Media Index: 687,109
- Communication Index: 1,508,788
- Community Index: 2,118,507
3. TWICE
JYP’s Kpop girl group TWICE climbed to third with a brand reputation index of 4,253,417. This shows a notable 85.10% increase compared to the brand reputation index of 2,297,941 in June, with the following breakdown:
- Participation Index: 69,904
- Media Index: 976,848
- Communication Index: 1,406,630
- Community Index: 1,800,035
4. LE SSERAFIM
Kpop girl group LE SSERAFIM rose to the fourth position with a brand reputation index of 4,008,137. This reflects a 65.29% increase compared to the brand reputation index of 2,424,984 in June, with the following breakdown:

5. (G)-IDLE
(G)-IDLE dropped to the fifth position with a brand reputation index of 3,960,533. Despite this decline, it still showed a 53.38% increase compared to the brand reputation index of 2,582,202 in June, with the following breakdown:
