Plot
“Spring of Youth” follows Sa Gye, a K-pop idol who is suddenly forced into university life. There, he meets Kim Bom, a talented musician with a tragic past. He also meets his rival, Seo Tae Yang, a guitar prodigy. As their lives intertwine through music, romance, and rivalry, they embark on a passionate journey of change and self-discovery.

Ha Yu Jun as Sa Gye, a charismatic vocalist and guitarist of top Kpop group The Crown. He is forced to enroll in university after an accident.
Ha Yu Jun made his acting debut as a supporting actor in 2024 with the Kdrama “Namib.” The upcoming drama marks his first leading role. Additionally, he is set to debut as a member of the new rock band AxMxP under FNC Entertainment, with the group scheduled to launch in the first half of this year.
Park Ji Hu as Kim Bom, a talented vocalist and keyboardist of Tusagye. She gave up her Ivy League following her mom’s sudden death.
“Spring of Youth” marks Park Ji Hu’s drama comeback after her 2023 appearance in “Miraculous Brothers.”
Lee Seung Hyub as Seo Tae Yang, a medical student with exceptional guitar talent. He develops competitive dynamics with Sa Gye in music and love, adding intrigue to the storyline that shows a love triangle.
This rom-com drama will be Lee Seung Hyub’s next romantic comedy-drama after “Lovely Runner” and “Love Next Door.”

Moon Woo Jin of “When Life Gives You Tangerines,” who played Yan Gwan Sik’s teen version, will make a guest role as the younger version of Sa Gye.
Furthermore, prominent actors like Rowoon and Jung Hae In will appear in cameo roles. Their participation in the upcoming drama has sparked curiosity among K-drama fans about their characters.
In addition to Rowoon and Jung Hae In, two singers from popular music groups will make cameo appearances. They are Lee Hong Ki from FT Island and Wonhee from the rookie Kpop group ILLIT, adding excitement to the storyline.
