BLACKPINK to Perform “Pink Venom” at MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) 2022
On August 16 KST, BLACKPINK and MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) 2022 official Twitter announced that the phenomenal girl group would be gearing up for a live performance at the prestigious event.
Together with Jack Harlow, Lizzo, and Måneskin, BLACKPINK was among four additional lineup artists to perform at the event.
According to the announcement, BLACKPINK will be performing their “BORN PINK” single, “Pink Venom” LIVE, at MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) 2022.
It will be their first US performance of the new single, and they will be performing it LIVE!

BLACKPINK’s First Debut Performance for US Award Show
As MTV VMAs announced BLACKPINK’s performance at their show, high anticipation began rising. After all, it will be the group’s very first debut performance for a US award show.
Moreover, this performance adds to the existing excitement from BLACKPINK fans. That is because BLACKPINK is currently nominated as the Best Metaverse Performance in their collaboration with PUBG. At the same time, BLACKPINK member LISA has also branded her name as a solo act in the Best K-pop nomination with “LALISA”.
