July 2021 Kpop Boy Group Popularity & Brand Reputation Rankings

On July 10, The Korean Business Research Institute has issued the top 50 most popular Kpop boy groups in July 2021. As a result, BTS, SEVENTEEN, and 2PM lead the top 50 most popular Kpop boy groups in the July 2021 KPop Boy Group Popularity and Brand Reputation Rankings.

The Korea Institute of Corporate Reputation has collected 57,652,745 big data of the K-pop boy group brands from June 10, 2021, to July 10, 2021. 

The rankings were measured by analyzed the data through consumer behavior analysis to measure participation index, media index, communication index, and community index for boy group brands.

Moreover, compared to the 59,599,283 brand big data of K-pop boy group brands in June, it decreased by 3.27 percent.

As a result, BTS still topped the Kpop Boy Group Brand Reputation Rankings in July 2021. Moreover, high-ranking keywords related to BTS are “Billboard,” “Butter,” and “Hot 100.”

Further, the highest-ranking related terms included “release,” “record,” and “surpass.” Furthermore, BTS has a positive reaction score of 89.49 percent on positive-negative analysis.

• Media Index: 1,711,307
• Communication Index: 1,003,673

• Compared to the Brand Participation Indexof 3,590,981 in June, it increased by 17.53 percent.

3. 2 PM (JUN.K, Nichkhun, Taecyeon, Wooyoung, Junho, Chansung)

• Brand Participation Index: 508,640
• Media Index: 1,511,427
• Communication Index: 890,722
• Community Index: 646,579
• July’s Brand Reputation Index: 3,557,369.
• Compared to the Brand Participation Index of 1,035,812 in June, it increased by 243.44 percent.

4. EXO (Suho, Chanyeol, Kai, D.O, Baekhyun, Sehun, Xiumin, Chen, Ray)
