The Korean Business Research Institute recently published the brand reputation rankings for the latest most popular Korean advertisement models in South Korea. Here is the complete list of the top 50 Korean advertisement model brand reputation rankings for August 2023.

August 2023 Top 50 Korean Advertisement Model Brand Reputation Rankings

The Korean Business Research Institute analyzed the advertisement model brand’s big data from July 3 to August 3, 2023, to determine the latest rankings. Compared to July’s data of 33,051,467, there was a 17.67% decrease to 27,209,844 in August 2023.

The institute used the latest data to assess the brand reputation index based on consumer behavior factors like participation, media, communication, and community. It also measures the impact of online habits on brand consumption and evaluates the relationship between consumers and the brand, sentiment analysis, media interest, and consumer engagement.

According to the big data analysis in August 2023, the top five rankings are 1st Lim Young Woong, 2nd New Jeans, 3rd BTS, 4th IU, and 5th Ma Dong Seok.

1. Lim Young Woong

Participation Index: 386,415
Media Index 507: 620
Communication Index: 658,081
Community Index: 510,535

Lim Young Woong achieved a brand reputation index of 2,062,651 this month. The value increased 23.43 % from 1,671,078 in July. Moreover, the famous trot singer has renewed his exclusive contract for the second year with TS Thrillion for ‘TS Shampoo’ on July 22, 2023.

2. NewJeans

NewJeans’ brand reputation index dropped by 1.33% from July to August. It went from 1,829,855 to 1,805,604. The rookie group recently released a new track, “ETA” MV.
